Thanks to my eldest sister who recently introduced me to an awesome blender/smoothie maker, I am pretty excited about blending (and smoothing?). I bought myself the Safeway Gym Blender today and gave my first smoothie a try!
I Googled some recipes and eventually found one that required the ingredients I already had (well, sort of). I’ve substituted here and there and came up with what my husband described as a ‘delicious’ smoothie. 😉
