Ever since I’ve become queen of my kitchen, one of the biggest daily challenges I live through is being able to keep food fresh and edible. Sadly, it doesn’t always quite work out. Getting rid of food unnecessarily that could have been eaten isn’t the best of habits, and the guilt sets in.

Good to see some real numbers than just guessing. Fresh meat or produces as expected are short life for off refrigerator (only one or two hours!) but even in the frig only extends the life by a couple of days. Interesting.
