Although all statistics are based on Americans and not South Africans, it’s still interesting to take note of what’s happening on the other side of the world with people who share similar interests and lifestyles as us.

    The one that surprised me most was that people aged 45+ are the avid users of facebook. Perhaps it was more used in ‘reconnecting’ with past friends and distant relatives. The younger ones just use it for attention, and to burn time

    Also, I was under the impression that there were more male account holders on Facebook than female (no particular reason why).
