Round #2

Two round pizzas to start off the weekend.

Now that my mum’s back in town, we decided to create a pizza topping from the week’s left over curries. For those who are as challenged in cooking as I am, this easy pizza dough recipe is bound to get you feeling like a chef in no time. Two pizzas, two separate toppings, two minutes to make. [More or less ;)]

Dough: 2 cups of flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, ½ cup of water, ½ cup of milk (warmed), and 3 Tbs oil. If you like your pizza dough extra soft, substitute the flour for self raising flour, and halve the baking powder measurement. Optional: add parsley to the dough. Mix all dry ingredients together, adding the oil last.

Topping: any of your choice. Make sure your topping is saucy by adding 1 or more sauces such as tomato / mustard / Nando’s / Steers sauce, etc.

Finally, what is pizza without pepper? Chop pepper, tomato and onion into tiny cubes and add before finally spreading grated cheese over. Optional: lightly sprinkle parsley & ground pepper over cheese.

Bake on 180˚ between 12 – 15 minutes.

Enjoy! 🙂
